On Father’s Day
My father was born in Hachioji,Tokyo. His family line is the Samurai aristocracy
as the Heike origin. A nanny looked after him when he was an infant. He was a
high-achieving pupil, the grades were all A. In his 10s, a draft notice came.
Although he came back without injury, nobody in his childhood friends came
back alive. He got a job in Konica.@Konicaminolta He was brainy, trusted
and promoted an executive at Nihonbashi head office. After the retirement,
he worked for the local community and helped my mother’s business.

September 18 is Respect-for-Aged day. I would like to introduce
my grandparents. The princess eloped with a servant when she was
18 years old. King got angry and disinherited her. King liked the servant,
though, wasn’t able to accept the different social status. However,
Princesses died and the eldest princess was in delicate health.
King had to admit them. My grandma was saying that learning is important.
She was good at arithmetic. And, Kimono-making was a professional.
My grandpa came to the kingdom when he was 6 years old. Since then,
he engaged in Forestry. He was called “The top person with great strength
in kingdom” Everybody liked and relied on him. By the way, I saw this
TV drama series MERLIN Amazing! My grandparents, the relationship is
the almost same as Arthur and Merlin. My grandma is really arrogant
and had her husband at her beck and call. She often reviled him.
However, my grandpa wasn’t angry. In the male-dominated society,
this relationship was curious. When I was 18years old, my grandpa
had gone to the kingdom of heaven. After his death, my grandma
